Rising Global Oil Price Heightens Concern For Nigeria’s Economic Growth-CBN

At the 284th monetary policy committee meeting of the CBN held in Abuja, MPR, otherwise known as the interest rate, was held at 11.5 percent with the asymmetric corridor of +100/-700 basis points around the MPR.

The CBN governor Godwin Emefiele however highlighted some of the current economic challenges beveling the nation as well as strategies adopted to tackle the issues.
